• You provide valid proof of purchase.

• Customized or personalized items

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at TrsMarie524@gmail.com. Include photos of the item and packaging to assist with resolution.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Cancellation Policy
