Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping fees are your responsibility unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately at TrsMarie524@gmail.com to request a cancellation. After this window, orders may have already been processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
